1. License Grant
Yansuna (“Licensor”) grants you (“Licensee”) a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the yansuna mobile application (“Software”) solely for managing your Amazon seller account.
2. Restrictions
You shall not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
- Use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Share your login credentials with third parties.
3. Data Collection
The Software may collect:
- Amazon seller account data (product listings, orders, customer messages).
- Device information (OS version, IP address) for analytics.
Data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4. Disclaimer
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”. LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
5. Limitation of Liability
Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect damages (e.g., lost profits) arising from Software use.
6. Termination
This license terminates automatically if you violate any terms. You must uninstall the Software upon termination.
7. Governing Law
This Policy is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, and the parties fully submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the People’s Republic of China.
